Restaurant Establishment Management Glossary My name is Elena, and I am currently studying Restauration at Montmorency College. I am at the beginning of my program, where I am learning all the basic cooking and restaurant management.   I chose this video because it gives a better idea of what Restaurant Management is really about. They interview students and teachers and show some of the cooking and management classes. It also explains the benefits of the program and the job opportunities after getting the diploma.

About me

My name is Elena , and I study at Collège Montmorency in the Restaurant Management program, in partnership with ITHQ. In this program, I take courses such as food science, restaurant management, customer service, and accounting. These courses help me understand how restaurants operate and how to manage them successfully. Through my studies, I am developing skills in communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving. This program can lead to careers such as restaurant manager, food service supervisor, entrepreneur, or event manager. In the future, I would also like to gain experience and eventually open my own restaurant. This blog is a space where I share what I am learning and explore topics related to restaurants, management, food, and professional life.
